The GRCC Honors Program is your opportunity to challenge yourself academically, gain meaningful experiences, and stand out when transferring or applying for scholarships.

Honors students engage in enriched coursework, hands-on projects, leadership development, and community involvement—all while building strong connections with faculty and motivated peers.

Interested in joining? Attend a virtual Honors Program Information Session to learn about program requirements, expectations, and how Honors can enhance your GRCC experience. We are currently accepting students for Winter 2026.

Do I have to attend an Information Session to join the GRCC Honors Program?: Yes. Attendance at a Honors Program Information Session is required before you can join. The session helps you understand a general overview of the curriculum, semesterly participation and program completion requirements, as well as program benefits.
Are the sessions in person or virtual?: All Honors Program Information Sessions are held virtually via Zoom for your convenience.
How long is the session?: Sessions typically last about 20-30 minutes, including time for questions at the end.
Do I need to have my camera on?: Yes. Please plan to log in with your video on and join from a quiet, distraction-free area so you can fully participate.
What will I learn during the session?: During this session you will be provided with a general overview of the curriculum, semesterly participation and program completion requirements, as well as program benefits.
